Fee,Insurance Billing, and Payment Policy

As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance companies directly. We do not know all the details of the hundreds of insurance plans in effect and we ask you to take responsibility for notifying us about pre-authorizations or other special limitations of your plan.

Patients are responsible for payment of deductibles, co-pays and any balances not paid by insurance. Please bring your insurance information with you to each office appointment and be sure to notify the front desk of any changes.

We strive to maintain an efficient office and take pride in maintaining reasonable fees, which are at or below the normal and customary range of fees for services in the Santa Barbara community.

For Medicare patients, we are participating providers and do accept assignment for all covered services.
