Urological Cancers

 

Cancer is one of the most devastating human diseases that causes a great number of mortalities each year worldwide. Urological cancers consist of the cancers that occur in the prostate, urinary bladder, kidney, and other organs of the urinary system.

It has been estimated that >350 000 new cases and >65 000 deaths from urological cancers will occur in the United States in 2020.

Consistent with the data from the past several years, prostate cancer still represents the most common malignancy in men in the United States.
